Once a decade national govs have promised to commit to the thriving carbon negative economies of solar energy,. Undeterred by the politics of global pow-wow, only Bangladeshi people have kept the faith; everywhere else's media and public servants' budgetary advisers make serial revisions:  oh well let's wait a little longer as better tech will come soon. How compound risky is this for our future generations! .With the second 1000 bookclub on Yunus invitation gearing up out of London in summer 2010 and the focus on connecting sustainability olympics 2012 with every other sustainability leadership  innovation - the question our world class brands and economics experts will be focusing on: will UK companies be the leaders or laggards versus European counterparts in benchmarking how to free global markets to value sustainability? Don't the British people who have invesed more than most nations in retaining smart braodcasting media owned by the public deserve better news analysis of government and corprate strategies than has seen us be devalued by about 33% because of being ruled by subprime analytical professions?

.SBworld.tv  &Yunus.tv  1/100 SB stories: 2010s Joy of Collaboration in Sustainability

1/100 ABOUT THE ROYAL ETIQUETTE ON LAUGHTER

Have you ever seen the Queen of England burst out laughing? A huge smile of pride and approval yes, but to go beyond the superhuman pomp and dignity that is demanded by the English class system and global mass media - to transform for a few seconds from head of state to the temporary human bliss that is losing control to a few seconds of pure laughter?

I ask because there is a rumor that once when Prince Charles met a director of Grameen Bank – his brief conversation turned into pure laughter. And in my daughter's worldwide diary of Yes We Cans, there is hope for sustainability of all peoples if he did.

The story goes that the third time Charles met a director of Grameen Bank it was with the company’s number 2 man Dipal Barua. Charles was awarding him a grand prize http://ashdenawards.org   for services to solar energy. The conversation went something like this:

Charles: Is it true that your company installs more solar units that the whole of the USA? Dipal: sir, Yes.

Charles: but is it also true that you are a bank? Dipal: sir Yes

Charles: but banking and solar energy , how,,, Dipal: ...we are Bankers for the Poor so it is only natural!

Laughter!!

When Dipal told this story he was modestly admitting surprise at how much his repartee had been enjoyed. My job creation journalist friends had spent an hour videoing his kindly explaonations and belief that the micro-solar Social Business system his project team had spent 12 years developing is ready for exponential liftoff

Dipal's turn of the decade goal is to create 100000 green jobs for semi-literate village women in Bangladesh this side of London’s Sustainability Olympics 2012. My co-journalist Sofia Bustamante of http://londoncreativelabs.com/   , whom I have ever since dubbed first anchor woman of social business http://sbworld.tv , had nudged Dipal at the end of the interview to sharing his favourite personal story.

Now, I am delighted if Charles’ spontaneous combustion was stimulated by Dipal who is equally as charming company as the other happy bankers Mrs Begum, Professor Latifee and Dr Yunus who co-founded Grameen from a $27 sustainability investment made in 1976. However, there may be a second way of construing this climactic royal joy.

This was probably Charles third close encounter with the worldwide's most economical system design called Grameen Bank. The other two occasions he had identified with the redoubtable Muhammad Yunus: first when Charles wrote a foreword to Dr Yunus’ book “Banker for the Poor”, second when Prince Charles' Foundation had asked to meet Dr Yunus while he was in Europe receiving his Nobel Prize in 2006.

The idea that the Nobel Prize had been awarded for the win-win-win of peace, and banking, and Prince Charles special interest renewable energy was just too much for a human being to celebrate - with anything other than pure laughter.

Three cheers: for The Queen, The Prince of Wales and the world's happiest banker. May their next Social Business systems meeting free the global market joys of the Olympics, Sustainability and the BBC world service - London 2012. http://cslondon.org http://collaboration12.blogspot.com

In the latter case, the move is always one of prudence - not to make decisions in a time of enthusiasm when one is carried away, but rather to wait until everything cools down. I think one of the most important things there is - I would almost say one could make this a kind of maxim for life - is to always make decisions in a state of joy.One should believe one's joy more than one's prudence, or any cautious or fearful state of mind". - Alphonso Lingis."

It is as important in the biological sciences as it is in metaphysics and the artistic traditions. Asoka is wonderful herb also that claims to cure several diseases. 2 The Village that wanted to Sustain the World
20 years after the initial conception of the Grameen project in 1976, the grassroots villagers networks invested in 3 open source approaches aimed at sustaining a win-win-win globalisation in a way so as to inspire the net generation to join in designing the most purposeful organisational systems which maths of the social business model integrates. Specifically they
*1*encouraged the world to take not-a-bank global through Microcreditsummit and Grameen Foundation.  The former was first convened  as a conference process launched out of Washington DC by Sam Daley-Harris and the NGO Results in 1997. It began by declaring probably the most heroic goal a human network has yet set and met:  taking microcredit  banking models to 100 million poorest families worldwide in under a decade. The latter was started with a $6000 loan made to Alex Counts an American who relocated to Washington DC after having worked at Grameen for several years founding the Grameen Dialogue newsletter which diarised the knowledge shared as people came to benchmark how Grameen worked from all over the world. This process had already been accelerating exponentially from the time that Dhaka had founded Grameen Trust  1989 – this entity necessarily separated from the bank owned by poorest Bangladeshi villagers was a a way for Dr Yunus and co-founding team to start collecting funds for non-Bangladesh replications of Grameen Bank. Co-founder Professor Latifee was assigned overall responsibility for Grameen Trust which has gone on to form over a hundred partners in planting banks for the poor in developing countries.

*2*invested their savings in being smartest at using mobiles and digital transfer of knowhow,

*3*committed to projects focused on finding the greenest community energy solutions on the planet.
(both 2 & 3 will be foci of their own stories)

After 14 more years of extraordinary human service, the village dream is realising a catalogue of social business franchises ready to demonstrate how open networking can generate job creation and provide sustainability critical service economies through every community.

Dr Yunus and his supporters have decided the turn of the decade of the 2010s is the perfect time to launch Global Grameen so everyone can celebrate mapping how to implement global partnerships in sustainability.

Yes WE Can all see that global social business is already connecting at least 12 types of partnerships which are blossoming across hemispheres. We are all invited to free every global market to value sustainability and celebrate open sourcing of inventions through  micro up integration of vital knowledge and hi-trust networking.

ONE WORLD COMMUNALLY SUSTAINING CHILDREN & PARENTS INTEGRATED MICRO UP

Yes We Can choose to mediate this before ever more costly macroeconomics and walled streets in mega-cities serially compound risky behaviours that will crash into us all in the Big Brother pattern that George Orwell warned us not to let technology, superpower and dumbing down to be used for. please help us update notes on Collaboration Partnership 7- Collaboration Advantages of Nations
CP7: Nations (we the people's loss of freedom of sopeech for sustaining communities when opposed by globalization's triple macroeconomic whammy of corporates , governments and media ) are by a long way the most complex system**N challenge for trillion dollar audit mapping of sustainability. This Collaboration Partnering window seems to need opening as wide as YuNus can.

If earth is to be sustainable then national borders will need to be turned from locations of most conflict to those of most collaboration. Global aid systems that are still government to government will have to be wholly redesigned to empower instead of power over. Climates and all nature's waters and foods will require biomass (i.e. ultimate collaboration ) maps not competitive only ones. Democracy will need to be so much deeper than leaders racing to see who can but the most ad spots to promise to tamper the most so that short-term looks better however many conflicts it compounds longer-term. The generation now alive in NW hemispheres is the first to take vastly more than it is giving back to future generations. This problem compounded by laws sponsored by lobbyists must be resolved. No wonder nature is rapidly questioning whether man is the next dinosaur.

It is peculiar that I have never actually met one of 7 billion beings who has told me that they wanted to reverse the human race’s defining smart value of wanting to see its next generation progress beyond what it had been constrained by. But that is where the fallible design of globalization as a meta-system is now topping very fast; and we need to realize with utmost urgency that if Adam Smith were alive today his most famous book would be called the collaborative advantages of nations, because Adam’s hypotheses were transparently community up not the disgraceful political chicanery that macroeconomics had already become by 1984 (The Economist). Bangladesh is the only SB nation in the world as Clinton no less confessed in a recent Charlie Rose programme on US public sector tv. Among European countries seriously taking Bangla up on collaboration advantages of nations
France and Germany lead the way whereas other G8 nations don’t seem to be aware of the defining choice between micro and macro, sustainable and unsustainable that this decade will compound. CP2 Foundations who want to integrate social business dollar to global-local branding of their own vision – eg Nike Foundation and Girl Power and Grameen Nurse Institute & Glasgow - Dhaka Microbanking CP3 microsummit processes over compound periods and between hempispheres- be these the world’s favourite 1997 to day of microecreditsummit or the social business summits of 2010s, and sustainability’s time out SB festival from olympics 2012 CP4 Place leaders who walk Yes We Can – we don’t have a 100% example yet though clearly the Clintons tried out of USA and Europe hopes that the Royals Hunt of the Sun from Albert in Monaco to Sofia in Spain will become Charles' crowning flow in 2012 CP5 World hero stages – why can’t sustainability have as many world fame league tables as ports – currently it only really has Nobel peace prize CP6 Trillion Dollar Audit Listing of which global markets have been freed to value sustainability’s compound truth by trillion dollar auditing (in picture what used to have FC signature is now called Grameen Global Social Business) http://erworld.tv :Legend – collaboration terminology of this 2008 signature map or Dr Yunus sustainability brand architecture has changed in that future capitalism is now called global (grameen) social business The nature of the computer's information revolution is the exact opposite of that of the steam engine's Industrial Revolution. The steam engine made start-up costs for the individual entrepreneur larger and larger, so that today "there is no way an ordinary citizen could walk into a modern complex factory and use its facilities to construct something useful for himself." But the data banks of tomorrow are going to be places into which every part-time enthusiast can telecommute See telecommuting. . In all jobs connected with the use of information, start-up costs for the individual entrepreneur are going to grow smaller and smaller and smaller. --"Shrinking Government," Norman Macrae 1976 ........................................ Cp7 Collaborative advantage of nations – as Clinton said on Charlie Rose Bangladesh’s national gift to the world is a developing economics that compounds peace and prosperity across nations- with minister Hirsch recent visit to Dhaka mentioning that there is now a listing of 20 French Corporations wanting to get social business networked, it would seem that France is in the lead of collaborative advantage of nations with Germany in the number 2 spot. Of course this is a collaborative race ie one in which any nations wins by being in the race, and lost currency by staying outside the microworld sustainability union! A south Asian union is extremely good news but 2030 needs to be much earlier on grounds of climate if for no other human and children’s right 36-strong delegation from France on a three-day visit to Bangladesh. The purpose of the visit is to learn more about social business and Grameen Bank activities in Bangladesh. http://www.muhammadyunus.org/In-the-Media/french-minister-backs-social-business/ Cp8 Corporate brand partners – eg search what open source global grameen corporate brand architecture know-do CP9 Universities – eg open maps to global grameen university brand architecture, and missing practice curriculum of sustainability (exponential up) community building Cp10 Social business funds grounded in youth competitions CP11 Employment agencies owned & mobilized by and for youth and other micreonentrpreneurial dynamics that will change 90% of jobs of 2010s as tracked by process and media anchor lady of londoncreativelabs, and herstory’s 9 welcoming panels to London Sustainability olympics CP12 social organization that understand web age requires them to be best system design interfaces of sort that natures web values – where microeconomics modeling of 10-woin 10-lose with by my father’s forecasts have become irreversibly 100-win or 1000-lose by 2024 depending on which globalization this decade’s 7 billion humans chose to map

Aravind’s purpose is ending unnecessary blindness. Its SB model is 10 times more economical for poorest. It has streamlined the way that the laser surgeon and paranurses work so that about 5 times more surgeries are done per surgeon than by any other cataract surgery. The paranurses are trained from girls in the village being a wages win-win for the girls and Aravind. It asks that patients pay what they can afford up to a a maximum which is still two thirds less than cheapest eye surgery. Through this means, up to thirds of patients get their operation for free. Restoring eyesight multiplies both social and economic value. Conceptualisation in India, Aravind “borrowed” world leading advice from Larry Brilliant who was working for neigbouring NGOs. Its franchise has now been open sourced beyond India with Muhammad Yunus making several replications, the first of which were funded by the socially responsible Pop Group The Green Children whose songs brought additional joy to the Nobel Prize ceremony.

Grameen’s purpose is ending poverty –  a broken system which up to a third of the world’s children are born into.  Bangladesh was itself born as world’s poorest nation in 1971 after a bloody war of independence with Pakistan which had until 1946 been part of the colonisation of India.  Nowhere have entrepreneurs had such impact in building a nation as Bangladesh. At the epicentre of this is Grameen : the greatest job creation system ever designed. After 7 years of trial, Dr Yunus and his 4 co-founders formalised the first social business , constituted by a Bangladeshi law of 1983,   the Grameen Bank owned by the poorest

The bank that isn't a bank also offers a free market space and a knowledge hub for every 60 villagers – today there are over 125000 of these Village Centres serving the 7+ million members of Grameen. Grameen’s 10-win model needed 7 years of testing to discover such values as : its poor women owners primarily wanted future investment and Grameen’s innovative leadership to be focused on their children’s development. Thus the bank was designed both to be income generating for its female members and to bring health and education to their children who would otherwise have perpetuated illiteracy.  With customers and owners united in investing exponential rising purpose, working for Grameen, as 25000 people now do, is a joy. As Grameen local branch staff come to every Village Centre once a week, they experience first hand the micro ecologies of banking, marketing and knowledge networking interfaced with each other to maximise sustainable use of local and human resources. And this experience generates micro up entrepreneurial dynamics that compound 10 times more economic performance locally than any macroeconomist could begin to plan. For example, consider Grameen’s development of clean energy – since 1996  energy systems have been meticulously interconnected in a natural way that now makes Grameen Shakti a world benchmark installing more solar units than the whole of the USA. Another application showing how micro up and collaboration system design make light of networking age is the 1996 investment that Grameen made in mobile telephone ladies. What the villagers led, the whole of Bangladesh followed – there are now over 40 million mobile networkers with www.grameensolutions.com a world epicentre in digital infrastructure and smart media’s job creation for the poor

After a third of a century, Grameen has established the largest case bank of examples where microeconomics is ten time more economic than global top-down can be. It has played a core role in microcreditsummit since its launch in what has become the benchmark for summits that set heroic goals (reach 100 million of the poorest with microcredit in under a decade. Grameen has received prizes from various royalty and Dr Yunus is celebrated as a worldwide hero with the 2006 Nobel Peace prize. More remarkably, Grameen offers a paradigm for freeing the global market of banking to be sustainable.

    socb1.jpg

Young people see the social business model as the job creation way ahead. Worldwide citizens can now  hub around microentrepreneurial centres and help NGO’s and others change over to the recyclable social business dollar co-creating the most purposeful organisations ever designed and sustained.
